Surely people before you had asked such things, then they became disbelievers by that.
This verse is sent down to teach the believers during Messenger's time that they shouldn’t ask unwanted doubts just like the Jews had been asking Messenger Moses as explained in verses 2: 108 and 5: 78. Today, the Splendid Book Adhikr which explains everything is codified as a Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. No falsehood will enter before or after Its codification as told in verse 41: 42. Since It explains everything as told in verse 16: 89, the right and wrong are also clearly explained in It. So whoever searches the Guidance in other than the Guidance Adhikr, the Impartial Lord will let him stray away from the Guidance as explained in verse 2: 185. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar all over the world are the true disbelievers, wrongdoers, Mujirims, transgressors, hypocrites, Mushriks, etc. since they hide and reject Lord’s Speech Adhikr. They are not utilizing It or conveying It to other people. By the second coming of Jesus, these worthless Fujjar will be killed by the other people belonging to Messenger's community as explained in verses 4: 91 and 9: 5. At that time only these Fujjar will accept that not the Arabic Quran but Adhikr/Dhikree was Lord's Book as told in verse 38: 8. See explanation 1: 7; 2: 210-211, and 4: 63.
